Our network is distributed in many different data centers in the world. We use an automated system to continuously monitor each server. If there is a problem, we will wake up from bed.

Each server can usually be used 99.5% of the time, many of which can even be used 100% per month. Because even in the same data center, we have multiple servers, which means that customers rarely (if any) notice server failures.

Most importantly, the customer can choose which data center to connect to, so even if the data center is unavailable, there will be other backup connections.
